Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Life Sciences (e.g. molecular biology, pharmacy, nursing). Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous; OR
  • Two years of pharmaceutical sales experience within an international company (ideally originator).
  • Established professional relationships with primary care physicians (i.e. general practitioners, internists) or specialist doctors (ideally cardiologists, neurologists).
  • Good market knowledge (distribution and governmental health care systems, competition, etc.).
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Prepared to travel locally (up to 70%) and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Analysing market reports and activities of competitors.
  • Providing input for the brand strategy and tactical plans (product launch, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).
  • Planning and carrying out strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Direct reporting to the Country Sales Lead.
