Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree (ideally in Life Sciences). Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous.
- At least 2-3 years of Marketing experience within an international pharmaceutical company, including new product launches.
- Established professional relationships with primary care physicians (i.e. general practitioners, internists) and specialist doctors (ideally infectologists, pulmonologists or cardiologists).
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills (ability to influence).
- Fluency in English and Latvian, both written and spoken. The ability to speak Russian would be advantageous.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing local marketing strategies.
- Monitoring market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis.
- Developing local promotional materials in line with global guidelines.
- Budgeting responsibility for assigned product portfolio.
- Preparating sales plans, forecasts and targets.
- Communicating with KOLs and other key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc).
- Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events.
- Supporting Market Access and Medical Affairs teams on product-related issues.
- Reporting directly to the regional Business Unit Manager.
