Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Life Sciences or Pharmacy). Postgraduate education in Business or Economics would be desirable and advantageous;
- At least 4-5 years of commercial and/or people management experience within the pharmaceutical industry (ideally in Specialty care business);
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence);
- Fluency in Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to at least speak and read in Russian;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results;
- Prepared to travel locally and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Implementing and executing strategic and tactical plans to drive revenue growth.
- Participating in the development of tender business strategies and proposals.
- Managing marketing and sales force teams, and taking care of their training and development.
- Holding full country P&L and budget responsibility for the Baltic region.
- Building strong collaborative relationships with other departments (marketing, medical, market access, etc).
- Communicating with KOLs and key customers (hospitals, government institutions, patient advocacy groups, etc).
- Identifying country market business potential and managing resources to exploit opportunities.
- Reporting to the regional Business Unit Director outside of the Baltics.
