Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management within pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare or FMCG industry (ideally pharmacy business)
- University degree in Business Administration or related field. Life Sciences background is beneficial but not required. MBA or similar postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
- Solid understanding of P&L, financial planning, and sales/marketing strategies.
- Proven people management experience with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) and fluency in Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian.
- Advanced computer literacy with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Baltic countries.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead CHC marketing and sales operations across Baltic Countries, managing team of Brand Managers, Sales Managers, and Medical Representatives.
- Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies for CHC portfolio to meet business objectives.
- Manage CHC P&L, financial planning (LBE, LRP), and G2N for the Baltic region.
- Guide Brand Managers in identifying market opportunities and optimising brand plans for maximum ROI.
- Oversee new product introductions and brand launches in coordination with relevant departments.
- Develop commercial programs and coordinate implementation via field force, benchmarking industry best practices.
- Monitor Sales Force Effectiveness by tracking activities, performance, and engagement metrics.
- Lead demand planning and participate in business reviews, ensuring alignment between forecast and S&OP cycle.
- Coach and develop team members through business reviews, performance appraisals, and tailored training programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards for all marketing activities.
