Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management within pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare or FMCG industry (ideally pharmacy business)
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field. Life Sciences background is beneficial but not required. MBA or similar postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of P&L, financial planning, and sales/marketing strategies.
  • Proven people management experience with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal) and fluency in Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian.
  • Advanced computer literacy with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Baltic countries.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead CHC marketing and sales operations across Baltic Countries, managing team of Brand Managers, Sales Managers, and Medical Representatives.
  • Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies for CHC portfolio to meet business objectives.
  • Manage CHC P&L, financial planning (LBE, LRP), and G2N for the Baltic region.
  • Guide Brand Managers in identifying market opportunities and optimising brand plans for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee new product introductions and brand launches in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Develop commercial programs and coordinate implementation via field force, benchmarking industry best practices.
  • Monitor Sales Force Effectiveness by tracking activities, performance, and engagement metrics.
  • Lead demand planning and participate in business reviews, ensuring alignment between forecast and S&OP cycle.
  • Coach and develop team members through business reviews, performance appraisals, and tailored training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards for all marketing activities.
