Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree is desirable (ideally in digital marketing or communication).
- At least 2 years of digital marketing or e-commerce content management experience (preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands to meet deadlines;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Adobe suites).
- Fluency in English and Latvian, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Russian would be advantageous.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Dealing with multiple tasks and challenges across the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Supporting marketing teams in increasing the consent database through the registration process.
- Working towards achieving KPIs and benchmarks while supporting the technical elements of digital campaigns.
- Developing, adapting and executing e-mail campaigns (designing, building, testing, scheduling, targeting, etc.).
- Liaising with external agencies and advertising partners to develop engaging digital content for multiple channels.
- Managing day-to-day content on the company’s website using a self-service management system to edit and optimise content.
- Building strong internal relationships and collaboration with marketing teams to gather digital content.
- Supporting the team with digital solutions and providing suggestions for improvements.
- Thinking creatively to develop innovative ways to engage digital audiences.
- Analysing activity performance and channel response rates, statistics.
- Managing platforms like Canvas, Marketo, Photoshop, Youtube and Brightcove.
- Cooperating closely on a cross-functional level (sales, marketing, medical teams).
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures relating to digital and social media communication.
