Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Life Sciences. Postgraduate education in Business Administration or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within MedTech/Biotech industry (ideally selling autoclaves, incubators, freezers, biosafety cabinets, analysers or similar products).
- Established professional relationship with managers and stakeholders in public and private laboratories (hospitals, universities, research institutes, life sciences companies, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools, CRM management).
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade fairs, and business meetings.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Independently manage sales operations across Sweden (main focus Stockholm and Uppsala counties).
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts in coordination with the regional head.
- Provide after-sales support and service coordination in collaboration with distributors.
- Assist with equipment installation and customer support.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers for direct sales.
- Support distributors in all aspects of sales activities.
- Plan and conduct customer visits (80% direct visits, 20% with distributor sales teams).
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen distributor-customer relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong network with users and customers.
- Attend trade fairs and industry congresses to represent the company.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
- Conduct presentations and facilitate customer training programs.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
