- EU/EEA/EFTA citizenship or a current permit to work and reside in Latvia.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Life Sciences (e.g. biochemistry, molecular biology). Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous; OR
- Two years of sales experience dealing with clinical diagnostic laboratories.
- Good market knowledge (distribution and governmental health care systems, competition, etc.).
- Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and other analytical and digital tools).
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Prepared to travel locally (up to 70%) and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning and carrying out strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the stakeholders (i.e. laboratory managers).
- Identifying opportunities for continuous business growth.
- Regularly informing customers about product changes or updates.
- Acting as clients’ main point of contact regarding any issues or support requests.
- Cooperating closely with technical support and finance teams to address any issues.
- Providing immediate resolution to customer delivery problems or stock-outs.
- Analysing market reports and activities of competitors.
