Requirements
- University Degree in Life Sciences (ideally backed by postgraduate degree in Economics, Business, etc.);
- At least 4-5 years experience as a Senior Medical Representative or Key Account Manager in pharmaceutical company;
- Experience working with the specialist doctors in the field of Immunology (rheumatologists or gastroenterologists) or Oncology/Hematology (ideally with Biological/Biosimilar products);
- Good market knowledge (distribution and governmental health care systems, competition, etc);
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- Prepared to travel locally (valid driver’s license is required) and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for business growth;
- Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events;
- Building and maintaining good relationships with KOLs;
- Analysing activities of competitors within the same region;
- Supporting other team members on implementation of promotional materials and other pre-launch activities;
- Utilisation of CRM and fulfilment of the sales plan;
- Reporting to the regional Business Unit Manager.
