Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences (e.g. medicine, pharmacy or molecular biology). Ideally, backed by a post-graduate degree in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, Health Policy or Public Health.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in market access activities, including pricing, reimbursement and negotiations with the stakeholders at the highest level.
- Proven track record of successful reimbursement delivery.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian healthcare system and market access processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Previous line management experience would be an advantage.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Leading the overall development and execution of the Pricing, Reimbursement and Access strategy.
- Establishing solid relationships with policymakers and budget holders (i.e., the Ministry of Health, Health Insurance Fund, Patient Advocacy Groups, and Key Opinion Leaders).
- Regularly analysing reports of the National Health Insurance Fund (VLK) and other relevant sources of information and updating the team on relevant aspects.
- Cooperating with Medical Affairs and Marketing colleagues to ensure data delivery necessary for optimal reimbursement of company’s products.
- Preparing files necessary for obtaining reimbursement.
- Reporting to the Baltic Country Lead.
