Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences (ideally Medical Doctor or postgraduate in Medicine, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, etc.);
- At least two years of previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within medical affairs, clinical research or product management;
- Familiarity with study design, study evaluation, medical writing, expert panel conduct, symposium and workshop management, KOL management;
- Existing solid professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (ideally Rheumatologists or Gastroenterologists);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English and Estonian, both written and spoken. Spoken Russian would be an advantage;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- Willingness to travel up to 70-80% of the time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide medical and scientific expertise for the company’s current and upcoming products in Estonia;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, investigators, medical societies, academic and healthcare institutions;
- Coordinate advisory boards, expert and scientific meetings;
- Ensure accurate and effective distribution of medical content and scientific messages across various audiences, tools and materials;
- Provide medical education and compliance training;
- Provide support for the initiation of clinical studies;
- Gather competitive intelligence and maintain in-depth knowledge;
- Ensure timely response to all medical information enquiries;
- Report to the regional Medical Director.
