Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Life Sciences. Postgraduate education in Business Administration or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales management within pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry (ideally pharmacy business).
  • Established professional relationship with stakeholders in pharmacy chains.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Fluency in English and Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools, CRM management).
  • Willingness to travel across the Baltics up to 20-30% of the time.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee sales activities across the Baltics in line with company strategies.
  • Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support logistics in forecasting, ordering, and ensuring product availability in pharmacies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities during pharmacy campaigns.
  • Onboard, train, and coach medical sales representatives to ensure their continuous professional development.
  • Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular field co-visits to assess opportunities and address challenges.
  • Organise and participate in professional events, meetings, and industry conferences.
