Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences. Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or Marketing (e.g., MBA) would be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within an international pharmaceutical company, ideally with generic medicines.
- Established professional relationships with pharmacy chains. Experience working with primary care or specialist physicians would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian, both written and spoken. Russian language proficiency would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop marketing strategies and plans for company’s portfolio in assigned therapeutic areas with sales, medical, and regulatory teams.
- Execute marketing campaigns including digital/print advertising, email marketing, and events within A&P budget while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with sales and medical teams on sales enablement programs, product training, and sales tools development.
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, patient groups, and stakeholders to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics including sales data, market share, and campaign results to optimise strategies.
- Provide strategic input for pipeline development and new product strategies in collaboration with portfolio and medical departments.
- Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations through coordination with internal departments.
