Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Life Sciences. Postgraduate education in Business Administration or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous.
  • At least 2-3 years of Marketing experience within an international pharmaceutical company, including new product launches.
  • Established professional relationships with specialist doctors (ideally immunologists, rheumatologists, gastroenterologists or endocrinologists).
  • Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills (ability to influence).
  • Fluency in English and Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian, both written and spoken. The ability to speak Russian would be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing local marketing strategies across the Baltic States.
  • Monitoring market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis.
  • Developing local promotional materials in line with global guidelines.
  • Budgeting responsibility for assigned product portfolio.
  • Preparating sales plans, forecasts and targets.
  • Communicating with KOLs and other key customers (hospitals, government institutions, etc).
  • Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events.
  • Supporting Market Access and Medical Affairs teams on product-related issues.
  • Reporting directly to the regional Business Unit Manager.
