Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Life Sciences or Pharmacy). Postgraduate education in Business or Economics would be desirable and advantageous;
- At least 3-4 years marketing experience, including multi channel marketing (especially digital marketing), within pharmaceutical industry;
- Good market knowledge and excellent relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and suppliers;
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision making skills (ability to influence).
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to at least speak and read in Russian;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools);
- High level of drive and ambition for optimal business results;
- Prepared to travel locally and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Implementing and executing local marketing strategies;
- Monitoring market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis;
- Developing local promotional materials in line with global guidelines;
- Responsibility for marketing budget of assigned portfolio;
- Preparation of plans and programmes to achieve long/short term targets;
- Communicating with KOLs and key customers (retail, hospitals, government institutions, etc);
- Providing product education to Field Force and Customers (in collaboration with medical team);
- Providing support to local brand teams to integrate MCM into their planning;
- Ensure differentiation in the market by providing solutions that respond to customer needs;
- Ensuring channel coordination across all the portfolio;
- Ensuring products and solution integration at customer level;
- Reporting to the regional Product Group Manager.
