Requirements

  • University degree in Life Sciences (e.g. medicine, pharmacy or molecular biology). Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience at an international company.
  • Established professional relationships with specialist doctors (ideally rheumatologists/gastroenterologists, nephrologists or neurologists/psychiatrists).
  • Good market knowledge (distribution and governmental health care systems, competition, etc.);
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of spoken Russian would be an advantage.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Prepared to travel locally (up to 70%) and internationally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Analysing market reports and activities of competitors.
  • Supporting the marketing team on the implementation and adaptation of promotional materials, and (pre)launch activities.
  • Closely cooperating with medical affairs and market access colleagues.
  • Planning and carrying out strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Direct reporting to the Business Unit Manager.
