Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences (e.g. medicine, pharmacy or molecular biology). Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing (e.g. MBA) would be advantageous.
- At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within an international company (ideally originator).
- Established professional relationships with specialist doctors (ideally key opinion leaders in oncology or haematology).
- Good market knowledge (distribution and governmental health care systems, competition, etc.);
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of spoken Russian would be an advantage.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office tools).
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Prepared to travel locally (up to 70%) and internationally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Promoting products in conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key decision-makers and influencers.
- Analysing market reports and activities of competitors.
- Supporting the marketing team on the implementation and adaptation of promotional materials, and (pre)launch activities.
- Closely cooperating with medical affairs and market access colleagues.
- Planning and carrying out strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Direct reporting to the country sales lead.
