Pharmadrome is the only recruitment agency in Estonia exclusively focused on the life sciences sector. While the company was established in 2012, our team has been recruiting in the Estonian market since 2007, building deep local expertise through close collaboration with global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.

Since making our first Estonian placement in June 2012, we’ve developed a solid and consistent presence in the country’s life sciences recruitment landscape. Today, Estonia accounts for 38% of all our placements across the Baltic States, with the highest demand coming from Tallinn-based commercial roles.

Our work in Estonia is primarily concentrated in medical sales and marketing, which together make up 63% of all placements—38% in sales and 25% in marketing. We also support recruitment in medical affairs (17%), market access (13%), and administrative roles (8%).
